100 day Chalenge

Today I start a journey of 100 steps (days) and I am looking forward to see how I grow and shrink at the same time. Everyday for the next 100 days I am going to run or walk over 4 miles a day, read for 30 minutes a day and blog every day. It’s interesting what I have noticed in the first day alone. Coming back from vacation I noticed I want to snack a lot and have been feeling run down. Today because I ran I didn’t want to eat unhealthy or to snack to ruin or take away from my run today. I felt guilty if I was to eat a chip or two so I had a smoothie for lunch and Salmon and peas for dinner. I will be focusing more on what I read and learned on my blogs going forward today was just giving you the heads up. What are you going to commit to for 100 days?
