Rules of slumps.

When you're in a slump start prospecting. When you get down, take a deep breath, admit you're in a slump and start prospecting. Set daily goals and hit them, don't sit and think What if you don't get what you need. Worry won't change the future.

The more you prospect the luckier you get.

Know your numbers.

Track your numbers, it's far easier to guess your numbers and tell yourself you dialed a lot, make sure you track them and hit your goals.  Block out time to just dial nothing else.  Once we make 10 calls with no luck, we get frustrated and turn to something comfortable like social media and before you know it hours pass. When you do a lot of busy work you fool yourself into thinking you did a lot of work.

Track your dials.

So many people went out west to dig for gold and quit a few feet away from the big payoff.  Keep dialing because that next call can be your gold rush.
