Time
Everyone has 24 hours a day to get stuff done. Block your time and manage your time adopt a CEO mindset cross out salesperson on your business card and write in CEO. Cut costs and focus on ROI (return on investment) our job is to sell, we can complain all we want but that won't pay the bills. Figure out the golden hours and make sure you're dialing during those hours. Learn to say no if someone asks you to do something that's not going to get you closer to your goals just say no, at least not during the golden hours. If it's going to derail you say no don't engage with every conversation after a while people will catch on that you're an achiever.
Don't have to do everything people ask you.
If you're not prospecting selling and closing during the golden hours, you will not win.
Take complete responsibility for your numbers.
