Time blocking is sacred time is sacred time nobody can take away from that power hour not even myself. Turn your personal phone to airplane mode, turn off email and chat at work and just dial. You can’t be efficient when you’re distracted.

Jeb also says not to check emails first thing it is the great time sucker, not sure if I agree with that. I say check email first thing, mid day end of day.

Know your worth, figure out what you make a year divide it by the actual time you work. Don’t be filling those valuable hours with administrative work, checking social media or the score from last nights game.
